Opening to the public is only one aspect of many secondary activities of their business, therefore before deciding to stay or dine in an agritourism business it is better to make sure that the welcome offered satisfies your comfort and quality standards.

The farm is followed directly by the owners?

Yes, the guest is always welcomed and received by the owner or a close relation. We handle personally the farm

Are you open all year?

Yes we are open all year.

At what time can we arrive?

We welcome you with pleasure from late morning until 9 pm only please phone us preavvertirci about 30 minutes before arriving

When is check out time?

Check out time is before 11:00 am, however if you would like to extend your stay you must make arrangements with front desk

Is there a parking?
Yes we have a large parking inside the property

Is there are daily housekeeping service?

Hospitality includes daily cleaning, change of towels and bed linen every three days. The rooms are equipped with towels and bed linen.

Is there privacy and no noise?

Yes, the farmhouse is situated in a hilly area and is away from the noise of the city

Is there a bathroom in the room?

Yes all rooms have a private bathroom with a large shower

Do we need a car to come to you?

If you have a car is more convenient, you can hire at the airport or train station in Verona. The nearest bus stop is 800 m from the farm

Your property is suitable for the disabled?

Yes, we have a room on the ground floor wheelchair accessible, equipped with bathroom

Is there a free Wi-Fi network?

Our facility is equipped with a Wi-Fi network to which you can connect for free to all indoor and outdoor spaces.

Are pets allowed?

Pets of small / medium size are accepted, but please advise us when you do the reservation.

At check out time room and all equipments will be carefully controlled.

Do you have rooms with kitchen?

No, but making arrangements with us for the times, you can warm milk and baby food for your baby in our kitchen.

Is there a playground for kids?

It is in the garden of the farm there are some plays for the kids, but the big lawn itself is an entertainment. Often you will also find playmates …. our children and the dog became the mascot of our guests, and the happy bunnies run free.

Do You have available beds for children?

Yes we have baby beds available for our younger guests. Be sure to availability at time of booking

Can we get tourist information about the area?

Of course, we will be happy to show you the places of interest as well as small hidden corners of our area.

Is there any refrigerator in the room?

No, rooms are not equipped with a refrigerator, but on the ground floor there is one available to all guests, where you can find water, beer, cola and wine. We want you to feel at home, you can take what you want and who you say when you check out what you have taken.
You can also have the fridge to put some of your things, writing over the name of your room and respecting the things of the other guests.

Can we also have dinner?

No, in our house there isn’t a restaurant, we offer the only overnight stay and breakfast.
However, we will show the restaurants, pizzerias and restaurants in close proximity (3 minutes by car), many of which are also suitable for children

Are there restaurants in the area?

Sure, there is a wide choice of restaurants, from typical restaurants to seafood restaurants …. all tastes will be satisfied.

No, inside and especially in the rooms is strictly forbidden to smoke
